To all the A3 Year 5's
You have also been an awesome bunch of kids to teach this year and I am looking forward to continuing to our awesome learning journey in 2015. Have a safe holiday & see you in February. Mrs Owen
An Affirmation for A3 Year 6's 2014
You have all been an absolute delight to teach, & a fantastic bunch of leaders in A3, as well as great role-models at Glenholme school. Many of you have been in my class for the past 2 years. As your teacher, I feel very proud & honoured to have been able to guide you in your learning, and to see how much each of you have
grown into the wonderful young person you are today.
You have all developed that Glenhome School ’Go for it Attitude’ & each person’s
Whanau should be proud of your achievements .
This year has had its many highlights, notably—competing in the Mini Marathon, back in term 1; winning the Talent Quest with our ‘Happy’ dance & then going on to perform it at Tamati Coffey’s special night in term 2; Mrs Owen’s blog so we could follow her trip to the UK in term 3 & our ’Flight’ unit this term with the trip to Wingspan; as well as the ’Swim for Life’ programme at the Aquatic Centre.
Jinks we have packed a lot into this year & we have had a lot of fun too!!
